The Mansions at Hastings Green is located in the northwest section of Houston, Texas, known as the Cypress-Fairbanks area. Cypress-Fairbanks, called “Cy-Fair” by the locals, has a relative large geographic footprint running on either side of US 290 as it makes its way northwest from the Sam Houston Toll Way just past Jersey Village, on the south, to Spring-Cypress Road on the north, and over to State Highway 249 on the east.
The immediate neighborhood has three major hospitals with all the ancillary medical services, a super –regional mall containing almost 200 stores, and big box shopping centers with Wal-Mart, Home Depot and Target. The neighborhood also has strip centers with Kroger, Kohls, and PetCo, among others, and stand alone stores, like Walgreens. Some of the shops and businesses are within walking distance; all within a few minutes by car.
The neighborhood is surrounded by nice residential subdivisions featuring middle and upper middle class homes in the $200,000 to over $1,000,000 price range. A number of Class “A,” market rent apartments are also located in the general neighborhood area. The properties are in Harris County, Texas, and served by Harris County Sheriff and Constable Departments, as well as the Cy-Fair Volunteer Fire Department.
